A day in the Little Sprouts program is designed to meet the needs of the whole child. We serve your child's spiritual, mental, emotional and physical needs by providing an age appropriate curriculum that incorporates all of these areas of growth. The primary method of learning for a young child is through play. We spend our time singing, laughing, reading stories and getting messy with art and science. We love dress-up, housekeeping and building towers with blocks. We also enjoy quiet activities like puzzles, clay molding and water color painting. Learning to make choices and accept consequences are important skills, so we provide a variety of structured and non-structured activities. You will find a daily schedule posted in all classrooms on the Parent Board. Education, experience and a love for children is evident with out staff members. All staff is cleared through the WSP Background Clearance System. Training in CPR, First-Aid, HIV Blood Pathogens and a negative TB test ensures a safe place to grow and play. Early learning and quality care is a partnership between parents and providers. Please know that it is a responsibility we take very seriously. Please feel free to ask questions at any time. Your concerns are our concerns as well as your joys are our joys.
