I do not recommend this facility. Julie is very unprofessional and on a regular basis would complain to me about how bad the kids were all day, and how none of them listen to her and Richard. My opinion is that they do not command the respect of the children because they are their play-buddies one minute, then they try to discipline the kids by placing them in the corner and mocking them in front of their peers the next. Even going as far as to send videos by text to the parents of the child being mocked in the corner. In-fighting is a regular occurrence and upon pickup I would get the daily story of who hit my kid or who my kid kicked that day. A child has gotten seriously injured (broken arm) there when Julie and Richard both claimed to "not see what happened". They have a cat that roams the house and lays on the counter where food is prepared which is unsanitary. They do have foster children going in and out of their house that attend other daycares in the area. In the afternoons when the children start to leave and the ratio is down Julie will leave to go get the foster kids, leaving Richard there alone with the kids that are left. Some may find that unnerving to have your small children there alone with a man, especially since Julie is supposed to do all toileting and diaper changes. Makes me wonder if the child that has a BM in their diaper has to wait for her to return to have it changed or if Richard does it himself. The place does have redeeming qualities. It is clean and bright. There are plenty of quality toys for the children to play with. The kids are fed hot meals for breakfast and lunch. It is up to you to weigh the pros and cons and decide if this is the place for you. We are glad to be out.
