Hello and welcome to Our Redeemer Lutheran Childcare! My name is Janelle Flintrop. I have been in childcare since 1996. I have worked with all ages of children. I came from a large center in New Berlin, where I was the Assistant Director. My qualifications include; Early Childhood 1 & 2, Center Administrator, Program Director 1, infant/toddler, school age, first aid/CPR training. I love working in the office because I get to see and help all of the children in the center.
