I worked at Lithia Christian before my youngest child was born and I'm very blessed to resume working with my extended Church Family (and that's what Lithia Christian staff & parents are: a big family). I was a part of the crew that earned the title "Center of Distinction." We worked hard for that! Each age group has their own curriculum; in fact, lesson plans are tailored toward the development of each individual child. All teachers are certified or currently working on earning preschool certification. Teachers are also required to do regular CPR/First Aid courses along with classroom training (child abuse, nutrition, classroom management, etc.). You might be surprised how much preparation we put into looking after your little one! The kids love it here...so it's all worth it :)
